Organised Crime Group?

An earlier local pressure group (A Common Bond) previously called for change at Hereford social services had made a claim that was carried as a headline in the Hereford times. Herefordshire 'could let 70% of children in care go home' | Hereford Times. Although unevidenced it sounds about right. The numbers came from whistleblowers and ex council staff. 

The census says that Herefordshire has approx 36,100 under 16’s resident and the council says that week they had 442 kids in care, fostering or waiting for adoption. So 1 in every 81 children in Herefordshire was being housed by the council. 

Does that sound right to you? It’s leafy rural Herefordshire not Haringey or Blackpool. 

Coincidentally I met with my local Herefordshire parish councillor at her home to discuss my concerns about Hereford child social services. The lady likes the sound of her own voice and is prone to talking over people. It was calm but i lost my patience and misspoke. I said 'but there are hundreds of kids missing', and i meant kids taken from home to go to care, fostering and adoption without threshold being met. I meant missing from their lives, their sibling groups, missing education, their parents and grandparents care. The reply was 'it’s nowhere near that many' and the lady meant kids lost in the system. The councils confidential data system called Mosaic has limited detail or no detail of them. So kids ‘taken’ and now the kids location is unknown. They might be quietly at home, or in care or fostering, perhaps adopted or at worst the kids are actually lost. Trafficked at worst or sleeping rough, sofa surfing, living in the cash economy in the worst ways. 

Id heard that for a significant time the password to Mosaic was 'password' and the admin key to gain access to the councils locked social services files was on post it notes around the building. Routinely records got deleted or altered to suit the social services staff prefered outcomes. My own records got lost, deleted, Ive got the apologies and detail confirmed, i got wasted costs. My subject access request responses had been different to documents sent from and to the council previously. 

Corrupt council staff in an environment with no consequences... why not delete and alter documents??

I had previously met a local chap with a website, While In Care - While In Care. Chris Bury has tirelessly campaigned for reform at Hereford adult social services. Chris Bury had supplied, as part of a complaint in 2015, actual proper evidence to the LGO local govt ombudsman that Mosaic was corrupt and easily corruptible. The chap expected action and nothing happened. The LGO is an intelligence gathering exercise for the councils, another corrupt sister agency to protect the states reputation and avoid liability claims. 

For the avoidance of doubt I don’t see this council and its sister agencies making mistakes or overlooking detail. I just see crime. 

Paedophile network ignored - Herefordshire social services head | Hereford Times

'A HEREFORDSHIRE social services head says his fears over a nationwide paedophile network in the 1990s were brushed off by Department of Health officials.'

I’ve spoken to 50-60 families or their representatives from Herefordshire face to face over these last 4-5 years since the council chose to attack me and my family and I looked for help then looked for the truth of whats been going on locally. 

I’ve been in contact with perhaps another 250 plus families nationally through Facebook, X etc. Families from all over the Uk and often now fled to far away places. Ireland, Cyprus, Thailand, Dubai, the EU especially Poland. The Polish authoritys have seen to much to believe UK agencies. 

I see commonalities and often can predict what the people will say next. Im not clever its just all so routine for these council monsters. 

I hear about the heart issues, Stress tachycardia, known often as broken heart syndrome.

The CPTSD from the living grief for stolen children, loosing the life you had, and the trauma of the court experience, the injustices of being lied to and lied about constantly while the social services judge you and torment you. Your childrens childhoods ruined. These greiving people dont sleep properly and text as much at night as during the day. And of course im awake too.

Another commonality is innappropriate relationships.

A young woman telling me she was taken from her primary school during a class and was taken by car by social workers to sit outside an office in the sun for hours. The SWs all telling her how they had to take her and how bad her circumstances had been. She was taken to a care home in Warrington, she wasnt expected and had crisps for her tea. A male carer put duvets on the floor for her to sleep on then told her to strip and then shower in front of him and a 'colleague'. She was told it was for her security. On her first night in an actual bed the career got into bed with her for 'cuddles'. Variations on this narrative are so common they are cliches. If you want to rape children without consequence get a job in a childrens home or in social services or in the police. And yes later she complained and was called a liar, slut and a troublemaker and was told she wouldnt get visits if she repeated the lies. I recall a social worker telling me 'if you kick up a fuss youll never see your kids again', it made me kick up a bigger fuss. I recall being told 'if your complaining your not parenting'. Thats not uncommon.

I can no more prove that happened than the child in the shower. Body cameras and surveillance in the care homes isn’t a thing. It is everywhere else. Why the reluctance? 

A mum told me that she had met her 'stolen' son now he was 18. They had been a family in crisis who needed support. She rang as she was distraught he was gay. Her thought was as all his first sexual experiences had been with adult males at the care home he had never had a chance to be straight. I had no words. Perhaps she was right. It would have an influence. 

The stories of parties at care homes on the welsh border wont go away and ive spoken to adults, kids at the time, who describe the same building and rooms and driveway and garden. 5 so far. A young mum offered a cash sum to turn up and perform and she did. The cash came as a grant. Our initial conversation was around her discovery she was newly pregnant and she was terrified the baby would be taken as she was from a care background. These vulnerable youngsters and now adults will do anything to keep the bad people onside. 

The lady has fled the UK. 

The 'paedophile gang' allegation by the ex head of service is right or almost right. It may not be a gang as such. Perhaps we see a gang and something more insidious. I’m told we see an understanding by some professionals that kids and care leavers and young mums from less affluent and less educated backgrounds are fair game for financial and sexual abuse. Perk of the job. 

The currency of corruption in councils and state run agencies isnt just cash or favours its also access to kids and kids at parties if thats the taste of the degenerate. 

Given how the establishment have failed to act on the 'rape gangs' scandal I’ve no hope we will see prosecutions but what was once the unthinkable is now credible.
